| Rev. Knox Swayze has been co-pastor at Covenant since 1999. Knox is a "mish-kid" and a "p.k." (raised on the missionary field and son of a Presbyterian pastor). A graduate of Belhaven College and Princeton Seminary, Knox has served churches in non-ordained positions in Alabama, New Jersey and Pennsylvania as well as a student chaplain at a prison and psychiatric hospital. He was a Presbyterian Mission Co-Worker in Sao Paulo, Brazil, working with street kids. In his spare time he loves to read, play guitar and exercise. Bev and he find no greater joy and challenge than in raising two children. |
| Rev. Bev Swayze has been co-pastor at Covenant since 1999. A native of Western Washington and daughter of a Presbyterian pastor, she graduated from Whitworth College and Princeton Theological Seminary. Bev has served churches in non-ordained positions in Washington, California, Illinois and New Jersey. She was a Presbyterian Mission Co-Worker in Sao Paulo, Brazil, from 1991-1999 working with street kids. In her spare time she loves to read, cook, knit and exercise with her dog, Kipper. Knox and she are surviving parenting two teenagers. |
| Josh Fowler is the Covenant Youth Director. He is a graduate from the Olivet Nazarene University in Illinois and the newest staff member at Covenant. He currently oversees the Covenant youth activities including 6th Grade to High School groups. |

Tim Foster joined Covenant as the Music Director for the Contemporary Service in 2006. The grandson of a traditional music minister, Tim has been active in music from the days of his youth. Active in contemporary worship since 1994, Tim took on a staff position as an an interim worship leader in 1996. Later that year he was chosen the permanent worship leader and has been leading worship ever since. Tim and his bride Emily have been married since 1989 and have 4 children ranging in age from 4 to 18.

Sue Whittle, the organist and choir director for Covenant's traditional service, has been a member of Covenant's family for more than 35 years. She worked for many years in the banking industry and in government personnel, before resigning to spend more time with her family. In addition to her music activities, Sue teaches adult Sunday school. Her favorite hobby is reading. “She lives in Oakton, with her husband John, three "rescue" cats, and two very personable corgis. Sue and John’s son Andrew is a paramedic in Greensboro, NC. |
